How can the IPCAM Store be sold out of BI software?

Is it no longer sold on here? Rather not pay $100 as opposed to the store being 75.00

It has been sold out most of the time for years. I did manage to buy a license from IPCT 2 years ago after multiple attempts. Seems to me it must be bad web site design and/or maintenance, because "sold out" so much doesn't make sense.

Try this way, the link says it is BlueIris V5, but it should allow upgrades to BI V6 for the first year of support:
