Hilook NVR and Camera

I'm looking at purchasing a CCTV NVR and camera kit for internal monitoring during live events. I really only need it to monitor indoors for casual checking to make sure everything is good. It will be for viewing only and not recording (although i may add a hdd to be able to record at somepoint should we require it).

I'm looking at getting a budget hilook system but i have the following concerns.

• Can i view hilook on chrome or is it still not working with the NPAPI support issue
• What is the best way to monitor it multiple tv's around the venue. Ideally I was hoping to use the inbuilt browsers in tv's to view but i'm guessing the first point will render that not working?
