Maybe it is a Chinese hacked switch and cannot be upgraded?
We see that with cameras and NVRs all the time, so it could happen with a managed switch as well.
General rule of thumb is not to update something unless it is fixing a known problem you are having...otherwise you risk bricking it or breaking a function that was working for you.

I’ll also add this can happen if you’re trying to apply the wrong firmware for another model. The same can happen for the exact same model because it uses a completely different internal components. This will also happen if you use a different region of software and where the device is region locked.
Lastly, this can happen simply because you’re using the wrong web browser. Along with antivirus and firewall rules in place on the computer system.

Well i am here is the model i have maybe somebody will provide a link for firmware for because i cannot find it in the hikvision website.

Did you try both versions?
Ok i successfully upgraded but now port status show every port are disconnected, while in osd every used port are blinking and working.
Its just a port status is not showing any Ethernet ports are connected.

What did you do differently that allowed the update to work?
And which version of firmware did you use?
Does the switch have a detailed configuration that is a lot different from the initial default settings?
It may be worth resetting to defaults to see if that clears the anomalies.

I did complete reset and simple reset but same thing .
I used this version Firmware_V1.2.0_210823
Its only the poe status is not showing its also some other features.
I may post some pics tomorrow.

I have found that some manufacturers products are not functional until you program it.
It might be that you need to configure the switch as if it was just powered up for the first time.

Page 10 shows a screen where the ports can be enabled/disabled. Can you confirm that the ports of your switch are set to 'enabled'?
