Hikvision Intercom issue DS-KH8301-WT

Can you help me ?
Due of a bad manipulation, i have reset my KH8301-WT (Display intercom)
Now, i have the strange caract on the screen.(Please find an image in attachment)
The display was ordered via Aliexpress.
I'm not expert on this product.

Thanks for the comment, It's the last version (release)available.
It's probably a chinese version... How to restore the firmware ? or upgrade or downgrade

I have other information. So it's a CH version.. I have 2 display . One works fine (and it's in french)
The solution is to change the kernel by English version
What's the step ? It's the same as nrv (TFTP server ? )

Did you resolved your problem ? I think about buy this model in china version but i think about upgrade in future that i can not upgrade. China seller tell me that he update me firware by TeamViewer but i dont believe in this and i dont want to china connect to my network. Maybe is any solution to modified firmware and can update to china touch LCD as some users modified firmware to NVR and Camera in china version.
I think that is also solution for this touch LCD.
