Hikvision DS-KV8113-WME1 intercom

I'm trying to connect an additional reader (DS-K1107M) To intercom (DS-KV8113-WME1) now that’s where the problem arises!
I connected them via RS-485 communication, the reader shows no signs of life its correctness has been checked and it is correct.
Should something special be turned on and adjusted somewhere in the intercom, the connection is according to the scheme from the instructions,
And what is the proven method with DIP switch, they are not very clear to me
Have someone have a solution or idea of what could be the problem?

Just solved my problem with DS-KV8113-WME1(C) and DS-K1107AM. Firmware V2.2.77 build 240515.

DIP 1 must be on, others are 0. For me the problem was in the device startup sequence, it looks like if DS-KV8113-WME1(C) is started first and DS-K1107AM is not connected right away then after some time KV8113 will stop listening on RS-485?

Local hkvision support told me to set DIP 1 on and turn off both devices when changing dips and this finally made it work, set DIP 1 on, turned both devices on simultaneously and reader got connected.
