where or what is going on when the button is pushed the hik-connect rings, when you answer it there is no picture. if you close it and open the door screen there is a picture. I am using the DS-KV61X3(W0 PE1 (C0 door bell, with a hikvision DS-KH6320-WTE-1 INDOOR STATION. When you press the button it rings and when you open it up at the station there is no picture. Do I have something closed or need to open something in the settings. Thanks for any help
