HikVision DS-9664NI-I8 - how can I upgrade to larger storage without losing recordings?

I have a DS-9664NI-I8 with 8 x 8TB drives, the newest firmware supports 16TB (it didn't when I originally bought the NVR, hence the 8TB drives). I want to replace them with 8 x 16TB drives (which I have) to increase the recording time length. Is there any process with these Hikvision NVRs that allows me to backup the video, replace the drives, and then move the video back onto the NVR and rebuild? I don't want to lose the 3 months of recording (42 cameras).

1. I have a 64TB NAS available to back up to.
2. The eight 8TB drives are not installed in RAID mode (this allowed me to have more bandwidth available for the bit rates for recordings compared to using it in RAID). I do not plan to set up the new 16TB drives in RAID mode either because of the bitrate limit it imposes.

I can't find anything related to this on the Hikvision website, and they don't seem to respond to support tickets since they've been mandated to not do business in Canada. Maybe I am not searching with the right words?

Any help would be really appreciated.
