I purchased a DS-7608NXI-K2/8P NVR along with three 4K DS-2CD2387G3-LIS2UY/SL cameras. I have multiple problems, but this post is in regards to audio. As I understand it these cameras have a problem with audio (currently completely garbeled), but this can be mitigated by turning off the environmental audio filter. I don't have any options for audio in either the NVR\Browser or HIKconnect. I have audio turned on via Video\Audio Video type>Video & Audio and can hear it in either live view or playback\recordings (via POE\RJ45). Is there something obvious I'm missing, do I need to somehow use the audio jacks to get some kind of control, or is there anything else? Thank you for your time and help.
