Hikvision A2 error

Can someone please advise I have a hikvision ptz camera, thats flashing A2 on the viewing screen, could it be something to do with the power any help would be appreciated thank you.

A model number of the cam would be helpfull

Is that signal coming from the camera or your DVR? That camera model is not an IP camera.

I have used a rj45 to coax balun to power the camera and then into the dvr

Everything I find says that PTZ requires 24VAC; what are you powering it with ?(voltage and current capability?) and how? (Direct connection to camera or over CAT-5e cable with the balun?)
