Large business over three main sites plus satellites
Site 1 legacy Swann NVR with 8 cams
Site 2 Reolink NVR and 8 cams
Site 3 nothing yet another 8 wanted
Satellite sites various Amazon special solar cellular PTZ dome jobs
I want to add a further 8 cams to Site 1 and also record the other cam sets for redundancy. I have a rack with 24 port poe switch where the new NVR will be located and the other cams will connect.
Need the "master" NVR, I was thinking a PC with Blue Iris (need help on spec) but I notice Reolink make a 36 way NVR that takes three drives wondering whether that would be more stable and easier to maintain.
Reolink client can already see the Swann cams so I have that running 16 screen currently, hence assuming the Reolink NVR will also record the Swann cams - correct me if I'm wrong.
Cellular PTZs are a nice-to-have to homogenise the apps. May also replace them for stuff that the NVR can see as we go.
