Help with Ghosting issues - Settings in PIC below

Evening all. I have BI4 and LTS/HIK CMIP3142-28S Mini Dome. I have been getting alot of ghosting on the camera. I'm using it in a play room maybe 20x10 and normal kid play, but alot of the movements show ghosting when played back. My settings are below and any help to troubleshoot the problem would be greatly appreciated.

My recording is set for 10second pre-trigger buffer, BI DVR Direct-to-disc and it's recording to an internal WD Purple drive.

The latest update is supposed to resolve it...make sure you have an old update file to revert back and try the latest update.
 
Latest update of BI or the camera? I updated the camera about a month ago (it's LTS) and i honestly can't remember if it's been happening since update.

Camera: CMIP3142-28S Firmware V5.4.5 build 170701

blue iris...
post a screenshot of the camera video settings. Also uncheck "also bvr" in your blue iris settings
 
I unchecked "also bvr".

See below camera settings, I just changed Quality to HIGHER, it was set to MEDIUM when I was having ghosting issues.

Post a video of what you are seeing...if it is a trailing image and not pixelation then you have noise reduction set too high...also uncheck get events...and uncheck skip http..
