Hello everyone, hope you are all good.

I will begin this post saying that I am new both to IP settings and to security cameras in general. I have very basic knowledge for both subject so please try explaining everything very well so I do not get to many questions (thanks in advance).

Now, the reason for this post is because recently we bought a couple of Hikvision Chinese model cameras in an action which are protected by password, one person in reddit helped me resetting one camera charging me for the service, it worked wonders and was very fast, the problem is, we are a very small company and we are trying to set up a security system in our office, but we cannot pay what this person charges to reset each camera.
The process to reset the password was to send this person a picture of the back label of the camera along with a password reset qr code generated in SADP, with that, this person gave me a code that I pasted in SADP and I was able to change the password.

So my question is, does anyone knows a way to reset the cameras on our own? They does not have reset buttons (I even disassemble a couple to verify).

I will add a picture of the back label of the camera, I can share SADP pictures if needed.

Thanks in advance to everyone and I will be pending to your answers.Camera back label.jpeg

What does SADP show for the firmware version of the camera with the unknown password?
Some versions have security vulnerabilities that could be used for resetting.

A (very) long shot - as I can't find the data sheet for the camera as it's purely for the Chinese market -
Is there a small hatch underneath the sun screen that covers an sd card holder, UART connector and reset button?
If so, hold the button in, power on the camera, keep the button pressed for 40-50 seconds.
If SADP then shows the camera as 'Inactive' you can activate with a password of your own choice.
