Help request config Dahua LPR.

Hello I recently purchased a LPR ( IPC-LPR437B-IR ) from Andy.

I have successfully initialized it and Im able to access it via web browser. I can view the Web GUI and modify camera settings.

However I can not recall any saved plates etc. Its very frustrating. Tried IE, Chrome, PaleMoon, Old IE, Old versions of Chrome etc. Turning off firewalls, allowing active x etc.

Still stuck. Looking for some assistance here or via remote connection to my computer. Thank you

Could the error popup at the bottom of the browser provide any insight?
