Help needed: Asecam AJ8MPTZ5X stays offline after factory reset

Hello everyone,
I am asking for help regarding my IP camera.
Model: Asecam AJ8MPTZ5X (8MP PTZ PoE)
After performing a factory reset:
the camera powers on correctly (PoE and LAN LEDs are on)
the device is detected by the iCSee app, which shows its serial number and assigns an IP address
however, it always remains “Device offline” and never comes online
I have tested different routers, cables, and networks, but the issue remains the same.
This seems to be a firmware problem after factory reset.
I would really appreciate if anyone could provide:
the correct firmware for model AJ8MPTZ5X, or
a recovery / upgrade tool and instructions to reinstall the firmware
Additionally, I would like to ask:
is it possible to use alternative firmware, not from Asecam, on this camera?
if so, what would be the safe options to recover it without bricking the device?
I understand the product may be out of warranty, but I am looking for any technical advice or guidance to recover the camera and make it functional again.
