Help! Need to find a manual for this. Any advise?

Has anyone ever heard of the brand "LEFTEK Dome Camera 36x Zoom POE"?

I found this camera at a flea market. It seems to be new, but I can't find any manual or instructions on how to use it. I connected it to the included power supply and hooked it up to my router with an Ethernet cable. The camera powers on and moves, but my router doesn't recognize any new devices. I’ve tried different cables, but no luck. Does anyone know anything about this brand? It doesn't even have a website, though I did find someone selling it on Amazon

According to the manual linked by looney2ns, the camera's default IP is 192.168.0.200 so your router may not show it for 2 reasons: 1) router is on a different subnet or 2) only DHCP clients shown and camera is static.

Temporarily assign your PC a static IP of 192.168.0.100, subnet mask of 255.255.255.0, no gateway or DNS needed, power up the camera and plug it directly into PC or into the same switch as the PC.

Open a browser to 192.168.0.200 to access the camera's embedded webGUI. Get back to us if this works.
