Hello everyone. I am in desperate need to stop puuling my hair out lol as i can't get my ptz to work on my nvr.
This is the problem:
I bought a chinese hikvision ptz from aliexpress and tried to connect to my nvr it doesn't show up.
My other 7 cameras which work fine have an IP of 192.0.0.X with a default gateway of 10.0.0.138
I manually changed the ptz to suit the nvr ports IP but nothing!
I did a full camera and nvr default reset and nothing!
The only way i found to get it to work was to give it an IP of 10.0.0.X and have it plugged into my modem. The NVR recognises it then and it works fine but I really want it plugged direct into the NVR.
Is it a chinese language mismatch?
