Have V5.3.6 in my camera, in Hikvision Eurpoe have V5.3.8, upgrade?

I have 2 cameras with firmware V5.3.6 build 151105,
Now in HikVision Europe I see there is newer firmware, V5.3.8 build 151224 but without realese notes,
What you say, upgrade?

My cam is updated from 5.3.6 to 5.3.8, but no significant changes.
