I was recently gifted a new Hanwha QNV-6012R1. I was unable to link it with a HIK 8 channel NVR that I’ve been playing with. I did not see Hanwha in the drop down protocol list. I selected ONVIF and still no luck. The HIK colorvue cams linked right up.
I also tried utilizing the NVMS7000 software to link the cam on the local network without utilizing the nvr. No go for the Hanwha, and also for the HIK colorvue.
I have since downloaded NVMS v3 and have successfully linked an nvr. Have not yet attempted to link any non nvr ported cams.
Any suggestions for linking cams to the software without utilizing an nvr?
