Galaxy S8 T-Mobile LTE slow laggy connection

Blue iris mobile is very slow and laggy when viewing my cameras or alerts on my Galaxy S8 when I am connected to T-Mobile LTE. I don't have any of these issues when I connect to WIFI on LAN or WAN.
My S8 is currently on OS Oreo 8.0.0 and I believe these issues started after updating my OS to Oreo 8.0.0.
I have 2 Galaxy S8 phones on Oreo 8.0.0 and they both have the problem.
I don’t have any of these slow/laggy issues on my IPhone or Galaxy Tab E both on T-Mobile LTE.

Anyone else experiencing these issues?

try reinstalling the app.
 
I have reinstalled the latest version and also down graded to previous versions and I am still experiencing the same issue.
