About a 1/3 of my cameras are missing thumbnails on EZViz (Both on the phone app and the website). You used to be able to manually set a cover thumbnail from the website by clicking the Cover button. However, now it returns an error message: "Setting cover failed".
The phone app used to automatically populate the cover thumbnails, but now nothing. Also some of the thumbnails are the wrong cameras. Any tips?
