I am trying to export a clip from one of my cameras with blueiris. When I attempt to export (mp4 to desktop, default settings) BI closes immediately, and leaves a 0 byte mp4 file on the desktop. I'm using continuous substreams, mainstream on alert. The clip I'm trying to export does have an alert near the end, but I left the default to auto for the substream/mainstream in export settings. Any help to fix this issue and get the clip exported is appreciated.

I just saw that other thread regarding .98. I'm on .98, and have current support on my account, but it's not showing any update for X.99 or 6.X. I'm on the "All" updates channel too.
Is there info on how to "force update" to .99?
I am downloading the current installer from blueirissoftware.com to try. The update tab in settings did mention a full upgrade to 6.0 (which on the website mentions .99 is 6.0 essentially).

Just sent you a message with the .99 installer that was on my computer. Maybe they took that version down because there were other issues? Up to you if you want to try it.
