Dear Sir
i have 28 Hik vision Camera's when i will add them in ivms 4500 through QR code then i received a message
"The Device is online and has been added by the other user"
and in some cameras i received a message
"The Device is Offline and has not been added by the any user"
how i can resolve this issue kindly guide me.
