Dual camera configuration

I’m new to the security camera world and am trying to configure a Dahua IPC-HDBW5441F-AS-E2 (2 camera “boobie cam”) to work on Blue Iris but have a couple of big problems.
  • I can only see 1 of the 2 cameras. I found an old posting that had instructions to add the camera twice and then configure the Main and Sub feeds of each “view” to differentiate between the cameras. I have no options on the Main and Sub dropdown menus as the example showed. It appears that both camera feeds are identical.
  • The pan and tilt controls don’t work. In the camera configuration menu, I have the PTZ control enabled and can zoom in and out but cannot move the camera. I have a great view of the giant rock in my landscaping right below my camera though!
I’m hoping this is a simple configuration issue and not a bad camera issue. Any help for the new guy is much appreciated!

This is a fixed lens cam, it does not Pan tilt or zoom. If you are seeing zoom working, it's only doing digital zoom.

The instructions for adding the cams you quoted are correct. You will need to run Find/Inspect in Blue Iris to gather the proper link from the cam. Then select it in the dropdown.

Got it working, I now have two great views of that rock until I get them pointed in the right direction. Thanks so much for your help.
