DS-KH6320 /DS-KV6113 doorbell setup

Hi. I have a DS-KH6320 /DS-KV6113 doorbell setup which is giving issues. Due to cabling issues I am unable to run ethernet to the doorbell, but I am able to run ethernet to the door station. To overcome the problem, and to avoid wifi, I used a ethernet over powerline device (Nettcom TP551) which initially worked fine, but after a power outage, the doorstation can no longer find the doorbell during setup.
Any suggestions?

Dumb question, for which apologies -
Do the powerline devices still show that they have an established connection / have you tried to re-sync them?

Yes. Both powerline devices show green lights indicating a good connection, and I did re-synch those devices.

Thanks for those who offered a solution.
I found that the Nettcom device (or both devices) had a hardware fault. Once I replaced them, I had a successful connection.
