I updated the firmware version from V4.38.0 build 250307 to V4.48.0 build 260128. I downloaded the new firmware version from DS-K1T342EX. But after I updated, the problems started. Even though the person is added to the device, the face is not recognized and an invalid duration error is displayed. Could this error be due to the firmware version? The reason is that sometimes it is not recognized and then works again by itself.
