Drag main BI window to 2nd monitor

Hi,
I used to be able to drag the whole main BI window to be on my 2nd monitor as I can do with all other windows programs; however, I am not able to move BI to my second monitor...what's the deal?

windows settings multiple displays...
Dedicate a pc to blue iris.

Make sure BI isn't maximized when you are trying to drag it.

np, i've done this before, the maximize button is very similar to the restore button.
