DMSS takes a long time to replay preview.

Whenever I get an alert thats sent to my phone, I can’t open it (view) for at least the first 5 minutes. In other words, I’ll gat an alert/notification on my phone of a motion detected, I’ll then open the app, find the clip (view) and try to run it. It just won’t open and gets hung up at around the 95% mark then fails. I’ve got it set up to playback only 10 seconds. After about 5 minutes I can go back in and view the alert in which it loads straight away. Can anyone offer any suggestions. This occurs on my wife’s phone too.

Also, is there an option on DMSS that when you get an alert/notification on your phone you can go straight to live view instead of playback. I remember the previous DMSS (BLACK VERSION) could do it, but this current one doesn’t.
