DHI-TPC-SD2241-T – Heat AI mode fire and flame detection filters do not stay enabled

Hello,

We are experiencing an issue with a Dahua DHI-TPC-SD2241-T Thermal PTZ camera.

In AI mode (Heat mode), the fire and flame detection filter settings do not remain enabled / do not save, while all other settings are saved normally.
  • Filters (Visible Engineering Truck Filter / Moving Target Filtering / Reflection Filter) cannot be kept active.
  • Other AI and PTZ settings are saved without issues.
  • The camera has been restored to factory default settings.
  • Only Heat AI detection has been enabled separately in addition to the basic settings.
  • No other analytics are enabled.
The issue is reproducible after factory reset.
