Just like a College loan papers, never, ever sign unless you have read all of the fine print and have a full understanding of what these crooks are attempting to get you to agree to. If you can't comprehend the legal jargon, hire a lawyer to explain it to you in layman's terms. I would have told them I am not signing anything until my lawyer can read though it.
