Delivery driver using pulsing IR to try to read house numbers?

Wouldnt be very effective in many neighborhoods...

or is it pulsing white light?

I think it is a bounty hunter looking for plates of warrants or stolen or repo vehicles.

I have seen that before thru mine as well.

BAsed on the 2nd and 3rd videos, and others I caught but haven't uploaded, it seems to be IR as I'm not seeing pulses of white light in the color view
