Please I need help, I have done a firmware update on my Hikvision Tandem Vu PTZ camera and now its dead, it will reboot every 10 min but I cant to get it to work. I have tried to do a hard reset but no luck on it. I need you guys expertise please. When I did the firmware update it took for ever to load it to the camera but it did not complete the load. I have now removed the camera from the remote location and plugged it directly to my PC, I can manage to get into the setting for a short while but before I can get the software loaded it reboot and stop again.
