day settings almost perfect, need help

Hey, a noob on here asking for help again lol. I have finally figured out the night settings for my camera but now that it is bright, during the day the license plates are hard to see.

I have attached my pictures and I'm just not too sure what to adjust since not that many cars pass by my house.
They can look perfect during the day but when the sun shines from a certain direction the plates are not readable.

You need to use two separate profiles for Day/Night. You'll never get a single profile to work well for both.

1/1000 should be plenty fast enough for daytime. Agree, try reducing the iris to around 35-40

Here's two different settings I've been using for daytime, both produce good image, but I'm leaning towards the first one.
