I have a weird situation. When im away from my house and my Dahua VTO doorbell gets rung, I receive a notification on my mobile via the DMSS app that the doorbell has been rung. But when I go to answer via my phone, it tries loading and fails to connect. But when i am home and my phone is connected to my local network (my wifi), everything works fine. Any ideas what might be happening? Any suggestions???
