Dahua SD49425XB-HNR Firmware Downgrade

I just picked up this PTZ camera at a great price and found out that it has the updated firmware so the auto-tracking has been disabled. Does anybody know if there is anyway to downgrade the firmware and get this capability back? If so, does anybody have an older version of the firmware that they would be willing to share?

Thanks, I looked on his website and didn't find anything related to the model number. Do you know which one I should use?
