i have a dahua 24 volt adapter for my camer it has 2 stripped wires one wire has text on it and the other is just black

now is my question since i have no multimeter here which cable is +

Typically, the negative wire is marked with a (-) or continuous row of negative / minus on the outer cable like this -> - - -
How about a photo so we can better offer more insight??
