Dahua NVR - (ANR) Automatic Network Replenishment

I understand what this does, and I've added some SD cards into devices. However, if I reboot the NVR or if I test it by pulling network cables, it never actually "replenishes" anything.

I've got the NVR, which is 5864 with firmware 4.002. ANR is turned on for each channel where an SD card is plugged in. SD cards in camera interfaces shows video.

Any ideas or suggestions on what may be the missing link?

ANR (Automatic Network Replenishment) not working??

I am trying to get ANR to work on my dahua NVR (version 4.0) but when I test it by unplugging the NVR and go to replay the video, the SD card from the camera does not replenish the missing video. (cameras are on seperate POE switch) Is there something that has to be setup on the camera side??
