Dahua IPC-HDW5231R-ZE INOP

One of my Dahua IPC-HDW5231R-ZE is INOP. It is only 10 months old and was purchased from Empire Tech. No response from hard reset. I took the 128GB stick out of it.

My question is it worth anything for parts or should I just toss it.

If you can wait for the end of Chinese New Year, send a n email to Andy and see what he says. He's pretty good about support but you might have to ship the camera back to him for service if he covers it.

Follow on question here. I have a new HDW5631R-Z camera. I ordered it in when I was testing several different cameras for our system.

Does anyone know if I can use for a spare and import the saved configuration file from a HDW5631R-ZE? I am thinking that may work, if not then I should probably sell it.
