Hey all.

Couldn't find a thread for indoor camera discussion or suggestions.
Dahua have a few offerings in this range.
Mainly, the Hero & Cube series.
Hero have motorised pan and tilt with auto tracking for 360 degree coverage.
Whereas the Cube is stationary and features a compact design.
They also have Turret and Dome form factors.
These cameras are wireless and have SD card options also

I was looking for an indoor camera too, not sure if thats the best way to go, or just go with a known (outdoor) turret cam ?
I currently have a Hikvision ceiling-mounted DS-2CD2432F-IW, which is a PoE & plugged in to NVR.
It is marked 'C' right at the top of the image( which is the rear of my house)
Rough area to be covered by camera is in showing in green.

What would you suggest for a replacement ?

If u are ceiling mounting and OK with the form factor of the turret, do it.

The nice thing about the cube cams as they can just sit on a kitchen counter or end table and blend into the environment.

I use a T54IR-AS in the kitchen/living room space and another in the loft. The playroom has a K42A cube. My office has an E3241 wedge, no reason other than I had one. The basement has some other spare cams.
