After doing a firmware update from a 2023-06 version to V4.003.0000000.0.R Data build: 19.03.2025 the device keeps rebooting himself after a couple of hours, i have tried to factory reset the xvr but it didn't work.
I think i have mistaken the firmware for the xvr XVR1B04-I without the "EZ" diciture.
it works but keeps restarting like 1 or 2 times an hour.
I will send some info of the xvr:
Model: EZ-XVR1B04-I
Channels: 4
Hardware ver: 2.0
Web version: V5.21.0.250318.13322863
System Version: V4.003.0000000.0.R data build: 19.03.2025
Is there a possibility to revert to the old firmware? i can't find it on the dahua main website.
