Dahua dh-nvr5232-4ks2 forgets to record motion

I have an Dahua dh-nvr5232-4ks2 NVR with System Version: 4.002.0000000.3.RBuild Date:22-03-2022

All worked ok for two years, but now I have a strange problem.
It forgets to record on motion.

I activate manually for each camera, but after a while the option is deactivated of the motion mask disapears, the end result is that there is no recording!

There are 32 cameras, a lot of clicks and it's frustrating.

I don't know what to do.

Are you making setting changes on the NVTR or the cameras directly through their own Web UI? If you switch back and forth, settings can be pushed that were not intended.

Doesnt seem likely without changes being made
