Cpu and Ram alert at low numbers

My BI is alerting me that my CPU or RAM usage is too high. The weird thing is that the readings are low numbers. Is there a default threshold or setting that I can change to set the alert to a higher amount?


BI Server specs:
BI Version: 4.8.6.3 w32
RAM: 16 GB
CPU: Ryzen 7 1700x
OS: Windows 10

The only possibly relevant setting I know of is Blue Iris Options > Other > CPU usage factor. What is that set to? It should be 1.000 (a.k.a. 1)

It is set to 1.000. It isn't that much of a big deal, but I would like to know if anyone else knows something about this issue.
