How can an Empiretech NVR (NVR16CH-16P-2AI) be set to real-time copy changes to the internal drives to an outboard NAS?
There are, currently, two 1TB drives in the NVR.
Would you also recommend multiple drives in the NAS - and have the writes fill the first then sequentially the next, and the next, and only then over-write the first (achieving something similar to "spread[ing] the channels among the various drives")?
What about copying them to a 'cloud server', e.g. Bluehost? Is this a built-in feature or will it require a script that SFTP's them?
Edit 1: Is it possible in Backup to spoof "Local" or "sg3(USB DVD/CD-RW)" and direct to a NAS, or other external medium instead?
