Any recommendation on appropriate hangers for cat cable, ( Im using CAT6)?

I'm talking about like along long spans of floor joists in my unfinished basement for example.
I have been uing the plastic coated U shaped nails every 5 ft or so which will hold 2 or 3 cables max at a time, leaving just enough space so the wires are not crimped but wont move or fall.

...well , now I ll be running probably 8 more along most of the same route and I have one hung that has failed that needs to be removed, so now I have to pull it all down and start over.
Short sited on my part.
Is there a decent hanger option that I could run, say 5-10 through at a time that would allow easy addition or removal if one goes bad without taking all the hangers down and restringing?
Iv seen some plastic loop hangers but they are pretty small, usually for a single cable.

I made a makeshift cable tray that runs the length of the crawlspace. I used white plastic "j-hooks",meant to hold 3" or 4" pipes, at about 4 foot intervals hung from the floor joists. Then I spanned the j-hooks with metal gutter guard that's about 4" wide. Close to the connection box there about 25 cables in the tray, and I can insert new and remove old fairly easily. They just lay in the tray. The biggest challenge is to make sure the cables don't get intertwined when pulling new ones.

There are better options than romex staples covered elsewhere in this thread, but if anyone goes that route the insulated stacker ones designed to hold (2) 12-2 cables are a better choice than most. Unfortunately these aren't that easy to find anymore.

Thanks for the good options.
The insulated nailed hanger are what i am currently using...thus i have to pry them out now to remove the bad cable...the other options look easier and cheap enough and allow easy additions and removal,

Here's the hook I mentioned earlier. "J-hook pipe hanger". Got mine from Lowes.j-hook.jpg
