If anyone has this cam , in the Setup menu on the Web GUI what should the settings be?
I’ve tried just enough combinations of audio encode to make myself crazy and still no luck.
I back up the file on the NVR use the drop down to select .asf file. It downloads successfully- but when I try to convert the file to .mp4 my video converter says it’s not a valid media file. The converter I use is Ideal share Video go and has worked flawlessly on my old 8 channel 8 poe NVR.
I could really use some help on this one...
