Can you please recommend an intercom for me?

Want a front door intercom to monitor people - see them on vid and talk to them from inside.

Are there any recommended products? I'm not seeing anything recommended from Dahua/Hik in this regard?

Hi @Alan Carter, have a look here: [Review] VTO2000A & VTH1550CH & VTNS1060A Intercom Kit - it tells my personal experiences and endeavours.

Very happy with VTO2000A, you can live view, get push messages when dialed, even open (electric) doors. With my setup, I also have one "fixed" screen (VTH) to view other NVR/IPCs on. Includes "voice mail message". And best thing ever: VTO can be hooked to NVR and record streams for later review.

Only disadvantage is the buggy gdmss/idmss soft, when it works, it's wooha! Otherwise booha
