Can no Longer get to Web UI on Port 80

For my Empire IPC-B5442E-Z4E(S3) cam, I can stream video fine on port 554, but somehow I lost the ability to log into the GUI on http port 80. When ever I try, I get a 404 response in the browser tab. I've tried different browsers, but same result. I also tried outside the VPN but still no go. Is there anything I can do short of resetting to factory defaults and redoing all settings?

If resetting the cam is a dreaded chore, I'd try a port scanner, such as Fing (desktop, iOS or Android) to see if the HTTP port is still open but is not 80 any more.
