Camera recommendation

Hello, It seems the consensus is that Dahua brands are great camera. What camera would you recommend that is the best bang for the buck. My requirement is Starlight, PTZ and Autotracking. I've been looking at model SD6C225U-HNI. I will be using Blue Iris. Any thoughts? Thank you.

fyi - from what I have read auto tracking is not as good as we would like. Nayr had written a good article on it.
