Camera not recording at all

Hello, using BlueIris on my Windows 11 PC - I added an IP camera to the network, and tried to get it to record based on motion. I can't seem to get it to record any activity at all. I can manually trigger the camera (right click/trigger) and it records, but it doesn't record based on any movement at all. My settings are at the imgur site below - what am I overlooking? Any help would be appreciated
Oh - forgot to mention - If I change it to "Continuous" instead of when triggered, it records.

Change algorithm to simple and uncheck the "object travels X pixels" box and uncheck the reset detector box. Both of those are to knock out false triggers and you have the opposite going on. None of my cameras use either one.
