Camera missed most of the motion event.

I installed a new camera a Hikvision 2CD2387/LISU at our front porch. It mostly captures stuff with motion detection.

However sometimes we have a delivery driver for example who is just super keen and too good at his job and quickly runs out of his van drops off the package and jobs off, all within around 5-10 seconds it just captures him driving off

What adjustment in BI would I need to to fix that?

Are you using camera AI (if it has it) or BI motion?

Are you on camera default settings or have you dialed exposure, gain, brightness, contrast,etc. as they play a big role in motion detection.

I am using camera AI yep
And I did not touch the camera's default exposure settings so default
