Broken IPC-HDW5231R-ZE

I bought two IPC-HDW5231R-ZE from @EMPIRETECANDY in September 2019. Now after a blackout one of the cameras doesn't react anymore. It doesn't get an IP and it can't be found from the ConfigTool.
The Switch shows that POE is enabled but link is down:



I also tried to reset it by pushing the reset button below the SD slot which didn't help.
Is there anything that I can do or test to get the camera running again? I assume that there is still a warranty but as I don't have an invoice and bought it from Andy, I have no idea how to get warranty from Dahua...

Looks like the camera dead, just buy a newer model IPC-T5442T-ZE, do some discount for you. We offer 2 years warranty, so this one expired the warranty.
